Podium Equestrian HQ are sorry to hear that you need to return or exchange an item. We love our product and strive to provide a product that you will love too! If for some reason you need to return your item please check our returns and exchange policy below. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size or item in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@podiumequestrian.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and will not be returned back to you.

If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.

DAMAGE, FAULTY ITEMS & ISSUES
 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at hello@podiumequestrian.com.au with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

Do not return faulty items without contacting us first.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
