SHIPPING

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped within 2-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this please check your junk or get in touch. 

All delivery timeframes are from the day the order is shipped.

AUSTRIALIAN ORDERS

Standard shipping (2-10 business days): $10.00 or FREE for orders over $150.00
Express shipping (1-4 business days): $15.00

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE US & PUERTO RICO

Standard shipping (6-27 business days): $25.00

Delivery dates supplied by Podium Equestrian are a best estimate only and Podium Equestrian will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

DUTIES & TAXES

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, Podium Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
